How do I sign up and what's included?

Is there a lock in contract?
All payments will be debited monthly via our stripe payment merchant. We have a minimum commitment of ONE programming block (8 weeks). After the initial 8 week period you may cancel anytime.
How can I see the programming?
All programming will be shared through the TrainHeroic app. Its free to download.
How do I create my TrainHeroic account / find my programming?
On sign up, you will receive an email with a step by step process on how to create your account, as well as other relative information on how to use the app and access programming.
How will you track my nutrition goals and keep me accountable?
On sign up, you will receive an email with your personalized Tribe Nutrition E-Book as well as your daily macro count based on your goals. We'll be using My Fitness Pal to track your daily intake, We will monitor you profile and provide weekly feedback.
What is included in the Tribe Nutrition E-Book, and how often will it be updated?
The Tribe Nutrition E-Book contains 15 recipes, a weekly meal planner, a weekly shopping list and will be updated quarterly.
Does the Tribe Nutrition E-Book cater to specific dietary needs?
On page 2 of your E-Book, there is a recipe key that specifies ALL containments to assist you in personalizing your meal plan.
What if I'm new to training? Is this programming suitable for all fitness / skill levels?
Our programming has been trialed and tested by our members ranging from first time trainers to advanced athletes. We base our programming on a "run your own race" philosophy, where members select their own weights and push their own pace. This allows us to integrate ALL members into the same program irrespective of their current capabilities.
I'm new to training, will there be video movement demonstrations?
We've uploaded video movement demonstrations to your TrainHeroic app. There is also a library on the app where you'll be able to search movements you are unsure of. As a last resort, Youtube has been a great tool for our clients.
I have a recurring injury, but I really want to train. Do these programs cater to specific training needs?
ALL of our programming is designed to build strength, stability and improve functional movement patterns which will in turn minimize risk of future injury. Past injuries should be assessed by an allied health professional before you return to training.
